  1. Why in heaven’s name decrease meat consumption? It’s one of nature’s healthiest foods! (Organic, pastured, foraged, humanely killed, of course, or wild, harvested by a hunter). Serious question, BTW.

      Hi Sage,
Thanks for your question! It gets me even more excited about this topic! I agree with you that the type of meat you describe is healthy for you. I plan to write A LOT about this topic in a few weeks and will talk about your question because really…it deserves A LOT more attention than a reply in a comment box. In the posts, I will share why I hold this view from both a nutritional and environmental standpoint. I would love to hear more of your thoughts about what I share. Looking forward to a longer conversation with you. :)

  2. Good question! And one that inspires me to follow the discussion!

(P.S. Your family is -adorable- )
    :-)

Thanks Cecilia! When I post on the issue of eating meat, I would love for you to chime in and share your thoughts! I think it can be a really enlightening discussion and I am looking forward to hearing from lots of different perspectives! :)

  3. Your response to criticism is refreshing. Bravo!

  4. The photograph on the top of this post makes me LONG for summer and the country neither of which I have HA! Great shot !!
