Real food meal plans are my secret to healthy eating. With a plan, you are more likely to get where you are want to go!
I was talking to a friend recently who was lamenting about not having time to eat healthy. After working all day and an hour commute home, the last thing she wants to do is spend hours in the kitchen trying to figure out dinner. Her weekends are precious because that is her only uninterrupted time with her husband and little ones.
She wants to plan for healthy meals, but she doesn’t feel like meal planning when she could be at the park with her kids.
I can totally relate. Usually Sunday nights are reserved for meal planning, but this past weekend I had a family engagement far more important. Now I have no plan and no food in the fridge. I ate pancakes for lunch because that’s all I had.
Can you relate?
Well, I have a solution and I am so excited to share it with you!

Three of My Favorite Things About the Meal Plans
1. It’s really awesome because not only are your meals planned, you also get recipes and a grocery list with everything you need to purchase.
2. I especially love her plans because she gives dairy free and gluten free options. Wow. Anyone who has food allergies or intolerances knows the extra amount of time it takes to plan.
3. You aren’t going to spend much time in the kitchen! Some of her meals take a matter of minutes to prepare. AWESOME.

It is amazing how much better I feel after losing 15 lbs and it really helped by planning our meals each week. If we didn’t plan we would find ourselves not eating as healthy as we should.
Stan, that is awesome. I have the same experience. It is so much easier to eat healthy when I’ve spent some time planning to make it happen!
